4x6 Integrated Label On Form

This integrated label is a full 8.5"x 11" sheet of paper with 1 label that is 4"x 6" in size. This is one of the most common integrated labels on the market. It allows you to print all the shipping instructions on the form above and print the shipping label below for shipping your package. Just peal the label off, stick it on your package and file the remaining form for your records. There are 1500 sheets per case. Order a quantity of 1 and you will get a full case of 1500 sheets.
