Integrated Shipping Label Form 8x3.5

This integrated label is a full 8.5"x 11" sheet of paper with 1 label that is 8"x 3.5" in size. This size allows for a narrow label to be printed at the bottom of the form for labeling product or shipments as you record information about that shipment on the form.. It allows you to print all the shipping instructions on the form above and print the shipping label below for shipping your package. Just peal the label off, stick it on your package and file the remaining form for your records. There are 1500 sheets per case. Order a quantity of 1 and you will get a full case of 1500 sheets.
