| We ship out all orders that come in by 5:00pm central time unless the item is out of stock or a custom order. Most custom label orders have a 7 to 10 business day lead time before they ship.
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to a customer's place of business anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier. In stock products are shipped the same day the order is received if during normal working hours which are from 8-5 M-F Central Standard Time.
Returns are handled promptly. Please call our 800 number before returning items to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This will insure proper credit. Custom orders will not be credited. Proofs are sent prior to production and specifications are quoted based on customer requirements. |
